Event description

Saturday 11 March 2023 9am - 1pm AEST at private retreat space in Sunshine Coast Hinterland

Revitalise yourself through an intimate expertly guided wellbeing journey to create inner peace and intentional alignment as the year continues to unfold throughout the changing season.

Come join Carl and Amy for 4 hours of simple qi-gong, myofascial stretches with acupressure, live sound meditation alongside generous morning tea including handcrafted hinterland chai and nourishing healthy  vegan/gluten free eats.

Inspired by the elemental wisdom of Chinese Medicine and yin-yang philosophy of Daoist practices, this immersive day retreat will relax your body and anchor your mind.

Leave completely refreshed, relaxed and restored with a greater sense of vitality, purpose and clarity for the year ahead.
