Join us down the incredible eastern beaches to witness the first sunrise of 2025. Soak in the spaciousness and sweetness nature's beauty and be guided through cleansing breaths, a slow, creative flow, soulful music and infinite gratitude as we welcome in fresh intentions for this new year.

THE EXPERIENCE: We'll begin with a 15 minute meditation as the sun rises, and slowly groove our way into a 45 min slow flow, with a touch of creative movement. Molly Henderson is the yoga guide and DJ for this journey. Music includes soulful world beats, downtempo grooves and healing, joyful sounds for a sweet Savasana on the sand. Music is a powerful tool we offer out here to explore breath in the body as you connect with Nature and the majestic elements.

Molly has been leading these experiences for 6+ years and she can't wait to meet you and share with you this outdoor practice to leave you feeling BLISSED & BLESSED✨

Experience music and voice instruction simultaneously through our wireless headsets, at the volume level of your choice, in a peaceful nature setting. You control the music - so you never miss a beat-or a pose.

BRING ::
1. Yoga mat
2. Beach towel
3. Comfortable clothes. No need to wear yoga leggings to partake, as long as you you can sit, move, and relax on the beach.
4. Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, waterbottle (this is a Queensland summer!)
5. Optional BYO: After class, we'll celebrate with laid back picnic breakfast and get to know like-minded community. Pack some pastries & juice, and togs for an apres-yoga dip in the ocean!

ARRIVE ::
30 MINUTES EARLY! We know this is early, but you won't regret it! Parking arrive 30 minutes before the event begins to find a car park, come down to the beach, check in, collect headphones, set up on your beach towel, relax and soak in the calm of the sunrise before we begin.

LOCATION ::
Sunrise Beach - Beach Access 36 // Ample parking at Tingira Crescent (arrive at least 4:30 to find secure parking) Meet us on the sand on Sunrise Beach. From Beach Access 36, walk down the stairs towards the water. Candles will light your path! Find us at our setup table.

WEATHER ::
Because of the changing nature of the weather, we rarely cancel. If thunderstorms are forecast, we will inform you the evening prior (before 8pm)
