Full cancellation within effect seven (7) days prior to event date. The ticket price includes food and beverage, regardless of the choice to not consume either. Please note that our chefs are able to cater any dietary request. We ask that you add any dietary requirements in the notes of your booking. This is an 18+ event. Appearance must be clean, neat and tidy always. No thongs allowed. Tattoos are welcome but not intimidating, offensive or obscene visible tattoos. If you wish to sit with a particular group please note in the comments.

Note: Road closures will limit access to the hotel via car from early afternoon. Doors open to the public post-midnight.
