Ready to ring in the new year with intention?

Join Houston health coach + yoga/meditation instructor, Haley Fountain in a beautifully renovated historic church in Independence Heights for an experience like no other, designed to help you take control of your anxious thoughts, visualize the year ahead, activate your parasympathetic nervous system & walk into 2024 with wisdom, grace & confidence.

The experience will include:

A short thought work/journal exercise to reflect on 2023 & set intentions/goals for 2024
Guided breathwork
Guided visualization meditation- visiting yourself one year ago and then visiting yourself a year from now
Sound bath with crystal quartz singing bowls
A candle to gaze upon during your meditation (you get to take the candle home & can re-light it any time you want to revisit your 2024 intentions)

Please bring with you:

A yoga mat and/or meditation cushion
Jacket/sweatshirt/cozy socks if you get cold easily
Blanket, eye mask additional pillows if you want to get extra cozy during the sound bath
Optional writing utensil & journal if you like to jot down anything that comes up for you

Arrival/parking:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to park and get settled in the space. The event will start promptly at 7pm.

There will be a large designated parking lot at the back of the building which can be accessed by driving through the gate at the circle drive in the front of the building.
