Mountain Pass
A Mountain Pass includes festival entry and tent camping. For vehicle parking, vehicle camping or bus transport, please select the appropriate Transport Pass add-on below. Everyone on-site requires a Mountain Pass. Your pass helps cover everything from artists, production and infrastructure to essential services, sustainability initiatives and the crew who make it all happen. Lodge accommodation must be booked independently through Mt Baw Baw or private lodge owners.

We love our volunteers! This event simply wouldn’t be possible without your support, and we’re truly grateful to everyone who purchases a volunteer pass and offers their time and energy. Volunteers are the backbone of our event, helping everything run smoothly from start to finish. Volunteers are asked to purchase a $2 Volunteer Pass to register their interest and secure their place in the volunteer program. Once shifts have been allocated and accepted, further information regarding our no-show policy and applicable charges will be sent via email. We rely heavily on our community of volunteers to make this event possible. When volunteers don't show up or shifts go unfilled, it becomes incredibly difficult to cover the necessary roles. We ask that you only commit if you're confident you can fulfil your shifts and provide as much notice as possible if your circumstances change. You’ll have the flexibility to choose either one 8-hour shift or two 4-hour shifts. You’re welcome to request specific shifts and friends you’d like to be paired with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive festival access valued at approximately $30 - $32 per hour of volunteer work. Please complete the volunteer form, which will be emailed to you in mid-November.

Transport Pass
Whether you're driving and parking on-site, camping in your vehicle, taking the Diega bus or arranging a private bus, please select the relevant option from the Transport Pass add-ons. All attendees must also hold a Mountain Pass.
Vehicle Parking ticket
One Vehicle Pass is required per car. This is only needed if you are parking your car for the duration of the event, not if you are sleeping in it. If you plan to sleep in your vehicle, please purchase a Sleeping in Vehicle Pass instead. This helps encourage carpooling and reduce emissions on the way to the festival.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 - 30 minutes before departure. Luggage: Each passenger is normally allowed one piece of handheld luggage and one larger piece to be store in the bottom. To ensure there is sufficient space for everyone and some camping gear, please try minimise the extra camping gear you bring. RETURN (FROM THE SITE) Date: January 2nd Time: 10:00 AM Location: Please wait at the same spot where you were dropped off. Arrive 15 - 30 minutes before departure.
