Celebrate your New Years Eve at North Sydney’s iconic Bradfield Park & Mary Booth Reserve. Nestled next to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, this is the largest New Years Eve vantage point on the North Shore. There is plenty of space for a family picnic or a group of friends to celebrate.
Conditions of entry
- All patrons regardless of age entering the site must hold a valid ticket.
- Each ticket is valid for one entry only to Bradfield Park & Mary Booth Reserve.
- Tickets are only valid for the location you have booked and do not grant access to any other ticketed vantage points. Tickets are non-transferable.
- Overnight queuing is not permitted and may be enforced by NSW Police and Council security.
- Unauthorised duplication or sale of this ticket is strictly prohibited and may prevent you from being admitted into the event.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- No glass or sharp implements (including cheese knives and metal/steel cutlery), no tents, sunshades or camping, no pets, busking or drones permitted.
- Pass-outs are NOT permitted for the duration of the event. If you leave after the 9pm fireworks, you will not be able to re-enter the site.
- Mary Booth Reserve is limited to 3,000 attendees (wristbands to be issued on a first-come-first-served basis). Patrons with wristbands for Mary Booth Reserve cannot leave the Bradfield Park site and re-enter. The wristband only allows you to go between the Bradfield Park and Mary Booth Reserve areas.
Accessing the site
- The site opens at 5pm and closes at 1am.
- A ticket is required for each person in your party. It is recommended that ticket holders allow plenty of time for security screening and entry procedures including scanning tickets.
- Visit Transport for NSW for all the details you need to plan your trip.
When you arrive
- Entry gate for both Bradfield Park and Mary Booth Reserve is located on Fitzroy Street, Milsons Point (near Alfred Street South intersection). Follow signs to the entry.
- Bring your ticket on your device or a printed copy for scanning.
- To access Mary Booth Reserve, you will need to enter through Fitzroy Street and continue to a second entry marquee at Kirribilli Avenue and Broughton Street (within Bradfield Park event site). Please note that Mary Booth Reserve is limited to 3,000 attendees. Wristbands will be issued as you enter the site until capacity has been reached.

- Food and beverage options are available for purchase.
- Toilets are available at both Bradfield Park and Mary Booth Reserve (including accessible toilets).
- Water stations are available.
What you can bring
- BYO food is permitted (no alcohol).
- Picnic rugs and portable chairs are permitted.
- Bring your reusable bottles to refill at the water stations.
