By leveraging our collective strengths we've nurtured an environment where women can confidently pursue business success and create meaningful support networks.
Who are we @ NZ Businesswomen? We are a nationwide community of businesswomen who work alongside one another support, encouraging and motivating one another. We are a charitable organisation set up specifically to help women grow and develop themselves and their businesses, independent of interference by central or local government, or a business owner just wanting to make a profit.
We are here to support not only today's businesswomen but also to grow into an organisation that will support our daughters and granddaughters' in the years to come. We believe in running a business where being our wonderful unique selves is the only expectation; we want to run business we love and where heart and profit can go hand in hand. We want to make a difference and make the world a better place.
I’ve learned two things throughout my career that I’ll stand by until the end of time:

2. In business, an idiot with a plan can beat a genius without one (Warren Buffet)
I bring that combination of mindset and planning to growing NZ Businesswomen and coaching our members. I believe in challenging people – asking them questions that will help them to stretch themselves, dream big, and see the potential in themselves that I see in them.
