NZ Operation Christmas Child Processing Centre - 2025

Thank you for your interest in volunteering in our New Zealand Processing Centre.  Every shoebox gift that is donated needs to be carefully inspected, and we couldn't do this part of the process without the help of volunteers like you.  You play a vital part in the journey of a shoebox to a child in need.

This year's Operation Christmas Child NZ Processing Centre will be located at Narrows Park - 442 Airport Road, Rukuhia, Waikato and will be open from 1 November 2025.

With thousands of shoebox gifts expected to go through the NZ Processing Centre we need many volunteers to assist with inspecting and preparing shoebox gifts to be sent to children overseas.  Will you join us?  

To reserve a spot for yourself and/or your group - click 'Get Tickets'.  

When you click 'Get Tickets' you will see current days and times of available Processing Centre volunteer sessions to choose from.  Evening sessions by appointment only.  Please call 027 299 2325 to discuss availability.

Once you have selected your session and completed your registration you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached.

Please note:  For safety reasons, all volunteers in our Processing Centres need to be high school age or older.  High school aged volunteers under the age of 18 must attend with a parent, guardian or supervisor.
