Our stage is open to all NZ Tech Rally 2026 attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and crew members.
Each speaker will have up to 5 minutes to share their top three learnings, memorable experiences, and any actions they have taken since the conference.
No slides or presentations required.
Event entry
This is a free event for our tech community. Everyone is welcome. Please grab your free ticket, as we have limited seating space.
Please save your email with the ticket QR code as we will digitally check-in on arrival at the venue.

Yes, it is a free community event and everyone is welcome. Please grab your free ticket as seating space is limited.
- Is this an in-person or online event?
This is an in-person only event in Wellington Central. We will be recording the session, so we can share the recording on our YouTube channel later.
- How will the open mic format work?
An open mic event allows anyone from the audience to jump on stage and speak for a defined amount of time.
As this meetup is a follow-up to NZ Tech Rally 2026, only people who attended the conference are eligible to speak. This includes attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and crew members.
Our crew will keep time and ensure no one speaks for more than five minutes, allowing as many people as possible to take the stage.
Everyone else is welcome to attend, listen, and join the conversation.
- I didn't attend NZ Tech Rally 2026. Can I still attend this event?
Yes, you absolutely can. Our meetups are free and everyone is welcome.
