Over 16 weeks, participants will emerge more confident, capable, and energised — equipped with the tools to drive results and have more impact, without burning out.

The programme is grounded in real-life leadership challenges and is delivered in bite-sized modules that fit around busy schedules. With less than 90 minutes of commitment per week, leaders can develop and apply new skills without stepping away from their day job. Every second week includes a live group coaching session to help cement the learning, challenge your thinking, and support you through real-world roadblocks.

Unlike traditional leadership courses — which are often theory-heavy, event-based, and rarely implemented — The Leadership Academy is designed to drive real change in real time. You won’t just learn what good leadership looks like — you’ll see it, try it, and refine it.

The Leadership Academy is a powerhouse leadership programme for driven leaders ready to build high-performing teams, lead with confidence and drive new levels of success.

What makes this different?

• Learn. Apply. Get Coached. Lessons are practical and spaced for implementation. You learn something, put it into practice, and get coached on it.

• No wasted time. The content is laser-focused on what actually works. No fluff, no theory for theory’s sake — just relevant, real-world leadership tools.

• Leadership conversations in action. See what great leadership looks like through 20+ real-life video examples of coaching, accountability, and performance conversations — the kind most courses don’t show.

• Results-focused. Leaders finish the programme with stronger teams, clearer systems, and greater confidence in tackling the tough stuff — delegation, accountability, difficult conversations, and more.

The Leadership Academy is for people leaders who want to grow their impact and lead with clarity — whether you’re:

• Leading a growing team and feeling the strain of doing it all yourself

• Managing a team and need next level systems to drive higher performance and more consistent results

• Overseeing multiple managers and searching for a practical, proven programme to lift leadership across your whole business or leadership team
