How it works: The programme runs in 12-week cycles with weekly two-hour sessions. We begin with a goal-setting session where participants:

• Clarify their key goal for the year

• Break that down into quarterly priorities

• Identify a clear six-week sprint to focus their attention

• Review progress from the previous week

• Identify priorities and obstacles

• Plan the week ahead with clear micro actions

Second hour – Focused Execution (Get Sh*t Done)

• Dedicated time to move the priorities you committed to forward

• Protected, distraction-free progress

• Real-time accountability and momentum

Because the weekly structure remains the same, participants can join and complete their own 12-week cycle while the group continues, which keeps the environment dynamic and supportive.

The result is simple but powerful: clarity on what matters, consistent progress, and momentum that’s often difficult to create alone

Cost: $1,700 + GST, or $283.33 + GST per fortnight over 12 weeks.
