But this event is more than a celebration. It’s a call to action.
🧠 Brain cancer doesn’t discriminate. It affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life—often striking in the prime of life, leaving families and communities reeling. Breast, prostate, lung, and colon cancer are all represented as well as aggressive cancers arising in the brain.
Your support fuels groundbreaking research at the University of Otago Dunedin School of Medicine and Dunedin Hospital’s Neurosurgery Department for a novel diagnostic and treatment technique that improves surgical precision and targets cancer cells directly—offering real hope for extended survival and better outcomes.
This work has already earned a major grant from the Health Research Council of New Zealand (HRC Ref ID: 25/506)—and with your help, it can go even further.
🌼 Every petal tells a story. Every dollar builds hope. Together, we can make brain cancer treatable. Let’s turn beauty into breakthrough.
🌼 Dress Code: Floral Chic
