NZSA Auckland Member Sessional 2026

Dear Members,

On behalf of the NZSA Council, we are pleased to invite you to our first member sessional of the year – a presentation and discussion on our 2026/27 strategy and strategic priorities for the profession.

Building on the progress made in 2025 — including the launch of the Appointed Actuary Forum, strengthened engagement with regulators and industry, and continued thought leadership across retirement income, climate and system-wide risk — we are now sharpening our focus for the next phase of the Society’s evolution, anchored in our three strategic pillars: Excellence, Influence and Community.

In 2026–27, as industry and regulatory expectations continue to evolve, our focus will include supporting members through targeted professional development, stronger engagement and improved digital platforms, and investment in students and the future pipeline to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the profession.
