Event description
No previous NZSL experience is required. Attendees have the option of further developing their NZSL through community-based courses.
Participants are taught:
- The finger-spelling alphabet
- Basic phrases
- Some university-specific vocabulary
- Basic grammar
- Deaf culture
This course will run each Thursday in Term 3:
Session 1 - 18th July
Session 2 - 25th July
Session 3 - 1st August
Session 4 - 8th August
Session 5 - 15th August
Session 6 - 22nd August
When you book this event you are booking in for all 6 occurrences.Â
The total price for all 6 occurrences is $60 incl GST. You will be sent an email once you have registered, with payment information.
