What’s included:

• A healthy wellness shot to reset and start your session

• 3 guided rounds of sauna + cold immersion (optional, but powerful)

• Breathwork at the start of each round to take you out of your head and into your body

• A complementary towel for your seat

• Premium scented oils that relax your body and mind

• Sweeping views across the golf course

• Connection with nature

Our sauna has a maximum capacity of 6 people, but we limit bookings to 5 for comfort. For bookings of 6, please enquire.

What to Bring:

• Shoes for water, e.g. Crocs, Jandels - These are easy to take on and off as you need

• Two towels - a sweat towel + one to dry off

• Swimwear

• Water bottle

• Clothes to change into

• Optional: robe, slides, sauna hat

Note: We have pop up changing tents on site, but come dressed sauna-ready or with easy layers.

Important Info:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can welcome you properly

• No late entries - sessions start on time and space is limited

• Spots fill fast - these are capped to keep the experience personal and high-quality

• Bookings close 2 hours before each session so we can prepare your space with care, e.g. The booking time for a 4:30pm session will close at 2:30pm

We operate from a peaceful spot near the first hole and the Pegasus Golf Club car park:

• Find a park on the east side of the car park

• There are two walking access paths, either on the footpath past the putting green or  the gravel path along the treeline

Just look for the O-Studio flag and get ready to reset.
