O'Week Club Stalls 2025

CLUBS STALL SPACE

Stalls are $35+bf per day per stall. All stalls will be located on the Math Lawns in 2025.

Whilst you can indicate your preference of day it is at the discretion of YouX to assign stalls. This year there will be no daily categories, therefore you can select which day suits your club most to have an O'Week Club stall. However, we have listed the University's Faculty day beside each date. O'Week Club stalls will be available on the following days, take your pick:

• Monday 24 February - All Students
• Tuesday 25 February - ABLE
• Wednesday 26 February - SET

Stall information

• Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 10:45am- 3:00pm each day
• Only 1 day stall hire is available. If you are interested in more than 1 day, please tick 'yes' on your registration form to be added to the waiting list. If there are extra days available, you will receive an email in early February advising you of additional stall hire opportunities.
• Stall hire includes stall space, signage for your club, 1 x 1.8m trestle and 2 chairs.

Power

If you require power, please add it to your order when selecting your registration booking. (Power is not guaranteed and is subject to availability).

Compulsory Induction

A representative from your club will need to attend a compulsory on campus induction session on Wednesday 12 February at 3pm. A club member must attend this session in order to remain eligible for a stall.

• The last day to register is Sunday 19 January 2025.
