Oaf (Tassie), W/ Propaine, Nineteen Ninety Hate, Rat Bucket, Balmoral, Twocan Sam.

On Friday 12th June 2026 Lutruwita/Tassie band Oaf will be playing their first ever show outside of their home state at Creatures of Habit Bar & Band Room in Fitzroy.

Oaf are a 3 piece band from Nipaluna/Hobart formed in 2024.  Combining elements of hardcore, noise rock, and skramz,

Oaf’s sound is a raw and abrasive cacophony, which is captured on their 2025 release, Teething.

Recorded live in a room at Hobart's DIY institution, The Skrillzone. It perfectly captures the bands raw energy and emotion.

After releasing Teething, the band is focused on new material and refining their live performances to more effectively clear rooms.

They'll be joined at Creatures by local bands Propaine, Nineteen Ninety-Hate, Rat Bucket, Balmoral and Twocan Sam. Tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the door, with the event starting at 7.00pm sharp. See you there!
