Oakhill Open Day & Co-Design
Event description
Work with us to bring a community vision of Oakhill Food Justice Farm to life.
The Oakhill Farm
The transformation of the former St Mary’s vicarage into a contemporary urban farm & community engagement space has begun. Sustain: The Australian Food Network is working alongside community & local council to develop the new Oakhill Food Justice Farm, located on the corner of Tyler Street & Plenty Road of Oakhill precinct, Preston. While still in early stages of development, the farm will soon be a source of locally grown food and education opportunities for local residents and partner organisations.
About the Co-Design Day
We invite you to the Oakhill Farm Open Day & Co-Design, to work alongside our team in developing a foundational design for a community food justice farm. Curated online and in collaboration with Garden Juju Collective, the Open Day & Co-Design will be a space for all interested parties to participate in activities & conversations centred around a shared vision of healthy & delicious food production, community building & education.

A Note on Co-Design Process
