Come along and enjoy a fun day out at Oakvale Wildlife Park, Salt Ash. This Families Supporting Families event is for children with disability/additional needs and their family. The cost includes entry to the park and access to Splash Zone so bring your swimmers! This event is for current financial FSF members. Annual membership is available for $10 per family. Families Supporting Families (FSF) is an inclusive organisation for the WHOLE family of a child with a disability or additional needs. Formally launched in 2003, FSF is an incorporated charity organisation which offers peer-to-peer support in a friendly supportive environment, coffee mornings, occasional nights out, educational workshops with guest speakers, and school holiday events for families in the Greater Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas. Parenting a child with additional needs presents it's own joys and challenges, we believe a strong social network and access to relevant information can help along the way.
