SYNOPSIS
Occupation 101 examines the impact of the Israeli occupation on the West Bank and Gaza Strip, offering a comprehensive exploration of key historical events, from the rise of Zionism to the Second Intifada and Israel's unilateral disengagement plan. Through a series of interviews, the film critically engages with Israeli-American relations, focusing particularly on the Israeli military occupation and the ethics of U.S. financial support.Â
Featuring insights from American and Israeli scholars, religious leaders, humanitarian workers, and NGO representatives —the film highlights their concerns about the human rights violations and injustices resulting from Israeli policies in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza.
