Subtitle
Come out of your shell, grab a coffee, and connect with others while while learning about what’s being done to bring our local marine and coastal habitats back to life.
Monday 9 Nov, 10.30 - 11.30am at Dee Why Library
Discover the important role of Posidonia seagrass, oyster reefs and mangroves, the pressures these habitats face, and how restoration projects can help create healthier waterways and provide vital habitat for marine life. Join Jason Ruszczyk and Jessica Guerchon for a relaxed and informative conversation about efforts to protect and restore some of our most valuable coastal ecosystems. Jason is a Senior Environment Officer at Northern Beaches Council, and Jessica is completing her PhD at UNSW, where she is working as part of the BluebottleWatch project.
