Ocean Heroes aims to enhance the lives of neurodiverse people through surfing. We have taken over 9000 neurodiverse people surfing across Australia and cannot wait to share surfing with YOU at Manly Beach!

Tell me about the experience: Free surfing lessons for adults at Manly Beach with experienced surf coaches! You will arrive at the beach, check in, be paired with an experienced surf coach and then at your pace, enter the ocean. See resources below for further detail!

What time do we meet? 6:15pm

What time does it end? 7:00pm

What to bring: Please bring your bathers, towels, change of warm clothes. We provide surfboards, wetsuits, lifejackets, surf coaches and good vibes!

* Please be advised it is compulsory for each attendee to wear a life jacket in the water*

Meeting spot: Manly Beach Promenade, next to "The Pantry". Look for Ocean Heroes van and flag on the beach!

Are the events free?

Yes the events are completely free for participants! See what we do on Instagram here

Are there minimum or maximum age requirements to enter the event?

No, if you fit into one of our life jackets we will take you! We have a huge range of of sizes for our life jackets so it should not be a problem.
