Ocean Heroes is coming back to Palm Beach for the second time ever on Saturday 26th of September. Ocean Heroes aims to enhance the lives of our neurodivergent communities and families through surfing. We have taken over 10,000+ participants surfing across Australia and can't wait to bring our free events to Palmy!
What does the day look like:
Participants will arrive at the beach, check in, be paired with an experienced surfer and then at the participant's pace, enter the ocean. See resources below for further detail!
Venue: Palm Beach - south corner, locally named "Kiddies Corner"
Time: The participant will be allocated a 30 minute time slot between 9.00am-11.30am
What to bring: Bathers, towels and a change of warm clothes
* Please be advised it is compulsory for each attendee to wear a life jacket in the water *
We provide surfboards, wetsuits, lifejackets, surf instructors and positive vibes!
There will be Ocean Heroes merchandise for sale at the event.

Are the events free?
Yes, the events are completely free for participants! See what we do on Instagram here
Are there minimum or maximum age requirements to enter the event?
No, if they fit into one of our life jackets we will take them! We have a huge range of of sizes for our life jackets so it should not be a problem.
What can I bring to the event?
Bring a change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, hat. We provide wetsuits and lifejackets but if your child or participant has their own wetsuit please bring it down. We also sell Ocean Heroes merchandise at our events and can accept cash or card.
