OCEAN LOVERS FESTIVAL | Blue Minds Workshop
The Blue Minds workshop is an inspiring, interactive session helping turn eco-anxiety into action. Through powerful storytelling, mindfulness tools, and real-world examples, you will learn how to protect your mental health while protecting the planet. Co-created and delivered by author and founder of The Good Human Factory Cooper Chapman and Councillor & filmmaker Kal Glanznig, the workshop empowers participants to find hope, take practical steps for ocean conservation, and realise the difference they can make in their own communities.
Workshop suitable for ages 8+.
