OCEAN LOVERS FESTIVAL | Ocean Minded Morning for World Ocean Day

Feel connected to the ocean and your mind and body this World Ocean Day.

To celebrate this important awareness day for our blue planet, we are kicking off our Ocean Minded Morning series, connecting with our Ocean Lovers community throughout the year.

Half the air we breathe comes from the ocean. It is our lifeline and inherently connected to our health, lifestyle and survival. On Monday 8th June we are creating space for connection and a chance for us to learn more about the ocean and how we can protect it.

We will start our morning with mindful meditation, yoga and breathwork followed by a plunge in the ocean before we gather for coffee to discuss our experiences and learn more about Ocean Lovers Festival and our platform for change.
