Feel connected to the ocean and your mind and body this Ocean Week!

To celebrate this important awareness day for our blue planet, we are hosting our next Ocean Minded Morning, our flagship wellness events connecting with our Ocean Lovers community throughout the year.

Half the air we breathe comes from the ocean. It is our lifeline and inherently connected to our health, lifestyle and survival. On Saturday 14th November we are creating space for connection and a chance for us to learn more about the ocean and how we can protect it.

We will start our morning with mindful meditation and yoga followed by a plunge in the ocean before we gather for coffee to discuss our experiences and learn more about Ocean Lovers Festival and our platform for change.
