A guided walk for those with limited fitness who want to feel the healing benefits of being in nature.

Experience a deeper connection with our marine spaces and be guided on a sensory journey with the land and waters we share. You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.

Lisa Murphy is a certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.

We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.

A list of essential and suggested comfort items and location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.

Minimal fitness is required to join us however the terrain is uneven in places (soft sand) both comfortable and removable footwear is encouraged.

We suggest anyone under 18 attend with an adult and this event is recommended for those aged 15 and above.

All our events are subject to new booking conditions as we continue to maintain physical distancing requirements and the safety and well-being of our walkers and leaders.
