Come find calm by the ocean!

A guided walk for those with limited fitness who want to feel the healing benefits of being in nature.

Experience a deeper connection with nature and be guided on a sensory journey with the land we walk upon. You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.

It's time to slow down and find CALM with us by the sea.
