Join us for a relaxed, family-friendly Mediterranean afternoon by the sea. Think long-lunch energy, a chilled spritz in hand, music in the air and the kids (and kids at heart) happily busy. It's your first taste of village life at Océane.
On the menu for the afternoon:

- Games and activities for the kids
- Brand new display homes open to view

Océane’s homes draw on three styles: the contemporary Scandinavian barn, the Aussie long-span skillion and minimalist contemporary. Each is finished in coastal, rural and contemporary materials and palettes. Our builders were hand-selected to bring these to life with enduring, considered designs that sit naturally in their surroundings, respect the natural environment and build a beautiful streetscape. We welcome you to wander through the brand-new display homes and meet the builders.

FAQs
- Is the event free?
Yes! Entry is free, but please register so we can plan food and drinks for everyone.
- Will alcohol be served?
Yes. While this is a public event, each guest aged 18 and over will receive two drink tokens to enjoy. Our bar team serves under responsible service of alcohol, so please bring ID. There’ll also be non-alcoholic options for everyone.
- Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! There’ll be games and activities to keep little ones entertained. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Can I bring my dog?
We love our furry friends, but this time they’ll need to sit this one out at home. Only assistance animals are allowed on site.
- Can I tour the display homes?
Yes, please do! Display homes will be open throughout the afternoon. Wander through, chat with the builders and pick up their exclusive grand-opening offers.
- Where do I park?
There’s plenty of parking throughout the Océane streets. Please follow any signage and be mindful of pedestrians.
- Will there be toilets?
Yes, toilets will be available on site. Please note that the display home bathrooms are not available for use.
- What should I bring?
A hat, sunscreen and your appetite. It’s the start of summer, so come prepared for the sun
- Will photos be taken?
Yes! We’ll be capturing the fun throughout the afternoon. By registering for this event, you agree to Océane and its partners taking photos and videos on the day and using them on social media, our website and in marketing materials. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know on arrival.
