Oceania Fest is a celebration of Māori, Pasifika and Indigenous culture, with a strong focus on secondary school cultural performance and creating more opportunities for young people to take the stage.

The festival brings together secondary students, rangatahi, schools, whānau and communities through kapa haka, cultural dance, music, language, storytelling and performance. It provides a dedicated platform for young people to proudly represent their heritage, grow their confidence and share their culture with a wider audience.

Oceania Fest is about growing the Cultural Stage for the next generation - creating a space where secondary school performers can be seen, heard, supported and celebrated.
