Nourish your body and soul with this divine duo of dance and dinner.

Shake It Off Dance teacher Kristin Battersby will have you feeling all the feels with her killer playlist and easy-to-follow dance moves. This isn't about getting the steps right or following complicated choreo — it's 1000% about the joy of being in your body and moving that ass.

Class is followed by a three-course Sweet Antelope dinner, where all those endorphins and oxytocin get put to good use connecting with your fellow dancers. Relax, eat good food, and remember why we're on this planet: to experience joy, goddamn it. Our menu is based on whatever we harvest from the backyard farm that week.

"Kristina (aka Sweet Antelope) has a true talent for great food and creating a space where strangers become friends." — Camber
