Our Theme for October- Regeneration!

As new life arises from the dust of the earth, the vulnerability of new growth and delicate petals battling the winds and rain of the tumultuous Spring weather, reminds us that growth can sometimes be perilous and vulnerable. Yet we learn to trust once more in our own powers of regeneration and transformation. Trust in the wisdom of your body and the power of your creativity.

ArtDance is such a nurturing space for adults. Somehow we forget how to play. In this safe, held space with no judgement or expectations we discover how to take care of ourselves. We dance and sink into the body's unique wisdom of knowing what we need and what we want to express. Then we create- sometimes using pastels or paints, sometimes with words, sometimes with natural objects and we discover what amazing creative humans we are!

Combining the creative forces of art making and movement. Art materials provided. Spaces limited to 16 so please book to ensure a place.
