October Air Sesh
Event description
Join us for a three hour session of guided Airwork and utilise an open space to practice your new skills in a safe and controlled environment.
Beginner friendly air on offer as well as more advanced air for more experienced students - learn and move at your own pace.
New students at every session.
Have been to sessions before? Excellent! It's time to start really focusing on nailing your air to be able to comfortably throw it out in a jam/ routines ect.

The session will run from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at the GWB Studios in Mile End in the Brookman Studio.
Join us after the session at the Hotel across the road for dinner and well earned drink
- 3:00 - 3:30 : studio opens for warm ups and self guided practice
- 3:30 - 5:30 : Mel and Travis guided session
- 5:30 - 6:00 : open practice time for you to work on what you'd like in your partnership/ group (safe spotting will be in place as well as the floor mats)
$35p/person for the 3 hour session
Limited spaces available due to nature of session.Booking with a partner is not essential although it is recommended that you have coordinated someone to train with prior.
Wear active clothing (leggings, shorts, tracksuits), flat shoes (lots of students opt to just wear their socks), and bring a water bottle.
