Bringing Mindfulness to Life @ WORK Online course

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, tablet or phone with camera and microphone and show up each week for five weeks in a dedicated Zoom room for 2 hours of reflective, interactive learning and practice. It will set you up for the week ahead.

You can participate wherever you feel comfortable on your phone at the beach, on the veranda, in the garden, whatever feels right for you. If you can only attend part of a session or need to miss one, not a problem, it will be recorded for you to watch whenever it suits.

There’ll be lots of interaction and practice, simple things to try between classes, a skilled supportive facilitator, a workbook, guided practice recordings and reminder emails to support you every step of the way. 

Don't worry if you can't make it every week or maybe can only make the beginning or end of a session. Not a problem. The workshops will be recorded and available for you to view when it suits you.

About the facilitator

Mindful Works Founder and Facilitator, Dr Sharn Rocco, is among the most skilled and experienced teachers and practitioners of mindfulness worldwide. She combines this experience with her more than twenty years as an educational researcher and lecturer in pedagogy, philosophy and curriculum design to create transformative, mindfulness-based professional development experiences that are responsive to the needs of each participant. She is an accredited teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Calm Abiding Meditation. Sharn has twice been scholar-in-residence at the Garrison Institute NY and has been privileged to receive multiple teachings from HH Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hahn and Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.

For all that, she is imperfect. Her teaching style is down to earth, grounded in her extensive experience of applying her understanding and practice of mindfulness to the inevitable and unexpected demands and opportunities of all that we call life.
