October Full Moon Gathering
Event description
🌕 October Full Moon Gathering – Community, Creativity & Connection
Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th October
"Behesht Retreat" – Near Wisemans Ferry, NSW
We will sip cacao and open our hearts, stretch into movement, release what no longer serves us through the fire, and shift our frequencies through sound, vibration, and community.
This October, we’re gathering under the light of the Full Moon for a weekend of heart-opening connection, shared creativity, and nature’s magic.
This isn’t just a retreat – it’s a community space. A place where everyone is welcome to share, learn, play, and explore – whether you’re a seasoned facilitator, trying something new for the first time, or simply coming to relax, receive, and immerse yourself in the experience.
✨ Friday – Arrival & Gentle Landing
Arrivals from 5:00pm – time to set up, settle in, or let the kids and pets explore.
No scheduled activities until the Opening Circle at 8:30pm.
Opening Circle: Light snack, tea, and a warm welcome, followed by a check-in circle and a relaxing sound bath to let the week go and ease into weekend mode.
🌿 Saturday & Sunday – Co-Created Flow
A free-flowing weekend of offerings from myself and our community. This may include:
Yoga & movement
Cacao ceremony
Music & singing
Creative arts & crafts
Bush walks & nature connection
Sharing circles
Or simply time to rest and “just be”
When you book, you’ll have the option to let us know if you’d like to offer a workshop, activity, or skill – big or small.
Sharing is completely optional – you’re just as welcome to come and receive.
🍲 Meals & Food
Friday night: Light snacks and tea (provided at opening circle @8:30pm)
Saturday lunch: Big shared communal lunch – please bring a vegetarian/vegan-friendly dish to share. We’ll enjoy it together, and any leftovers will flow into the evening meal.
Breakfasts: Bring your own food – we’ll have a shared kitchen space so you can prepare meals and eat together if you wish.
Snacks, tea, and cacao available throughout the weekend.
One of the hidden gems of this gathering is coming together in the kitchen – cooking, chatting, and sharing food as a community. It’s something many of us don’t often get to experience, and it’s a beautiful part of the weekend.
🏕 Stay & Accommodation Options
Camping space – bring your tent, swag, camper, or van
Indoor accommodation – 3x single beds, 3x queen beds (share a bed if coming together to keep cosy!)
Kid-friendly & pet-friendly – furry friends welcome, just ensure they’re safe around others and the land
🌱 Leave No Trace
As we gather on this beautiful land, we care for it deeply. Please take all rubbish with you and leave the space even more beautiful than when you arrived.
We do no harm – to ourselves, each other, or the land.
💛 Energy Exchange – Donation Based
We want this gathering to feel accessible to everyone, no matter what stage you’re at financially.
Contribute what feels right for you – your presence is valued just as much as your offering.
Why donations matter: Your contribution helps cover food, firewood, materials, and the ongoing care of the land, as well as the time and energy that goes into preparing and holding this space for our community. Every offering, big or small, helps keep this gathering alive and thriving.
💬 Skip Booking Fees
If you’d like to avoid online booking fees, you can make a direct bank transfer or bring cash on the weekend.

Everyone brings something unique, whether it’s an activity to share or simply their open-hearted presence.
