Beneath the radiant glow of the Hunter’s Full Moon, we gather for this special FULL MOON Sound Cocoon Immersion – an evening of deep rest, harmony, and expansion.

For this special event I am joined by Michael Manning, who will bring through the ancient medicine of the Australian Didgeridoo. Michael will hold and anchor the masculine current, while I flow with the feminine essence – together weaving an intricate dance of balance, sound, and energy in honour of this moon.

✨ Please arrive between 6:00-6:15 PM for smudging, welcoming, and to gently settle into your cocoon so that we may begin together in stillness at 6:30 PM.

Held in your cocoon, you will be wrapped in sound, suspended in a space of recalibration, reflection, and renewal.

🌕 The Hunter’s Moon, the first full moon after the equinox, invites us to harvest the wisdom of the cycle just passed and prepare for the journey ahead. It carries potent energies of release and clarity, guiding us to let go of what no longer nourishes us and to call in all that sustains and supports. It is a time to honour the dance between shadow and light, masculine and feminine within ourselves and within the greater rhythm of life.

A sacred evening to rest, to surrender, and to allow the full moon to illuminate your path.

In this space, the outside world falls away. Your body softens, your mind quiets, and your nervous system resets. Many describe the experience as being held in the womb—safe, comforted, and deeply nourished.

The Sound Cocoon is more than a sound bath—it’s a sanctuary of resonance where vibration meets soul, and stillness meets weightlessness.

✨ What to Wear & Bring:

Wear comfortable, warm, and snuggly clothing to fully relax.
Bring a blanket to keep cozy.
Eye covers are beautiful for deepening the journey.
Pillows are provided, so you can simply arrive, rest, and receive.

This gentle preparation creates a sacred container, so you can truly surrender into the Sound Cocoon experience. 🌙
