Join Tim Keith, Managing Director and Chair of the Investment Committee, for a rare look inside the framework, discussions and decision-making process that determine which opportunities receive investment committee approval and which do not.

This session will provide investors with insight into the governance, credit discipline and risk assessment processes that sit behind every lending decision. Tim will share how opportunities are challenged, tested and assessed before capital is committed, and the key factors that drive conviction across varying market conditions.

The discussion will cover:

The role of the Investment Committee and governance framework
How lending opportunities are screened and assessed
Key risks considered before approval is granted
The balance between risk management and return objectives
Why disciplined decision-making is central to capital preservation
Lessons learned from reviewing hundreds of lending opportunities
