Whether your a fungi enthusiast, home cook, dabbling in medicinal mushrooms or you just want to grow your own food, knowing the basics of fungi and how to grow your own supply, is an essential tool in your toolkit. This workshop will lay the foundations you need to better understand fungi, plan how and where to grow it, as well as the many ways to cook it and the benefits you can gain from it.
