October Mentor Walk: Ambitious Growth Circle

The Monthly Mentor Walk is one of the four core experiences of the Ambitious Growth Circle, designed to create meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and opportunities to learn from people who have walked the path before you.

You’ll be paired with a mentor who best aligns with your goals, interests, and growth journey.

Meet your Mentors this month:

• Andris Versteeg, Founder and Managing Director of Further Insight, an Adelaide-based research and insights consultancy. With more than 15 years of experience in market research, customer insights and business strategy, he helps organisations make better decisions through evidence-led research. Andris is passionate about supporting emerging professionals, sharing practical career advice, and helping others navigate entrepreneurship, leadership and professional growth.

• Becky Cuéllar - Business Strategist, Speaker, Creator of The Success Path™ and & 3C Method™. Becky helps people turn their knowledge, experience and strengths into meaningful opportunities. She works with students, professionals, coaches, mentors and consultants to gain clarity, communicate their value with confidence, build meaningful industry connections and take intentional steps towards their next chapter.

• Suraiya Onnesha - Wellbeing and Safety Advisor at Adelaide University. With eight years across research, education and student services, Suraiya is known for building trusted relationships and turning safety from a compliance obligation into something that makes ambitious work possible. She is a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 45001), an ICAM Lead Investigator and a Trauma Informed Interview Practitioner, and she started out in biomedical research.

• Abhi Ramchuritter - Head of Digital, Department for Education. Abhi is also a founder of Becoming Chapter, an AI-powered career growth and mentoring platform helping professionals navigate career transitions. With 20+ years of experience across digital transformation, AI, technology and enterprise platforms, he is passionate about bringing people and technology together to create meaningful business outcomes. Outside of work, he coaches soccer for his kids, reads business and technology books, and contributes to South Australia’s startup ecosystem while mentoring students and early-career professionals.

We will meet at Mister Pigeon cafe and walk through the beautiful Adelaide Himeji Garden, the perfect start to your morning.

Date & Time: Friday 30 October. Arrival time starting at 7.00 am, and we'll start at 7.15 am sharp
