This course acknowledges the systemic and structural conditions that cause care and work-related stress, and does not individualise or blame practitioners for their experiences. Rather, practices, tools, and techniques are shared that can be adapted for the unique contexts, needs, and desires of participants.

By the end of six weeks, you will have:

An understanding of what your body and nervous system have been responding to;
Practical tools for regulation and recovery;
A clearer sense of what sustainable practice looks like for you;
A framework for self-advocacy if change is required within your work, practice or life; and
A small group of peers who share and understand your lived experience.
