JOIN US FOR BACK TO BACK technique and expression.

Begin with Embodied Ballet Barre to awaken alignment, efficiency, and strength. 9am- 9:55am

Then stay for Contemporary Dance to release, express, and integrate. 10am- 11:15am

This pairing supports dancers in building technique without rigidity and expression without collapse. A perfect balance for the somatically intelligent dancer, both beginners and those returning to dance.

Please note that the fourth week of each month is a culmination class, where we weave an Embodied Dance exploration into the choreography we've been building together over the previous three weeks.

To get the most out of the experience, we recommend joining earlier in the month rather than attending the fourth week as a standalone class.
