Before the fullness of fall carries us forward, let’s create a little room to breathe.

Join me inside the tent on Sunday mornings in October for an intimate gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Each Sunday will explore a different part of our journey through guided meditation, breathwork, quiet reflection, tea, and gentle connection.

Come for the Sunday that speaks to you—or allow the four gatherings to become a grounding rhythm for the month.

THE OCTOBER JOURNEY

OCTOBER 4 — GROUND
Settle into the season and reconnect with the steadiness already within you. We’ll use the breath, body awareness, sonic sound, and the support of the earth to create a deeper sense of presence.

OCTOBER 11 — RELEASE
Soften your grip on what feels heavy, hurried, or no longer yours to carry. This gathering will offer space to exhale, let go, and make room for what you need now. If weather permits, we'll start with gentle movement with our barefeet in the grass before melting into our mats in the tent.

OCTOBER 18 — RECEIVE
Practice opening to rest, nourishment, support, and possibility. Together, we’ll explore what becomes available when we stop pushing and allow ourselves to receive. We'll work with the chakras and crystals to help rebalance the body's energy centers, and leave lighter, calm and centered.

OCTOBER 25 — RESTORE
Gather the pieces back to yourself. Our final Sunday will center on renewal, inner wholeness, and creating a simple grounding practice to carry into the season ahead.
