October Wyndham Active Holidays - Athletics (12 years to adult)

Western Athletics Club are running a Come and Try Competition day and inviting everyone aged 12 years and over.

From sprints to throws to jumps – participants will get the chance to try a range of track and field events and discover the joy of athletics. This is a great way to try something new and find out more about Western Athletics club and the opportunities they offer for all abilities to train, be social and to compete.

Check-In at 12.30pm

Events to try: 1 to 3pm

Please register so that Western Athletics will be able to prepare for numbers.

Please note this session is for boys and girls aged 12 years to adult any registrations outside of this will be cancelled. 

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

• a drink bottle with water

• wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

• Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Wyndham Active Holidays is a partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with Western Athletics.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
