Have you ever wondered what happens to your waste when it leaves the kerb? Do you want to know more about how recycling works in the local Halve Waste area?
Embark on a thrilling journey of the Albury Waste Management centre with a Halve Waste education officer as your guide. Experience a behind-the-scenes look at how materials from homes and businesses in our area are processed and discover more about one of Australia's most advanced waste management facilities.
After the tour participants are invited to dive into an interactive recycling session where you will learn about the types of materials we recycle, the importance of recycling correctly, and where our recyclables go after collection.

Enclosed footwear is required for the tour and bookings are essential. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
