CANCELED [Tiny Wildlife: A Summer Family Science Activity]
Description
You may know and love Oak Creek, but do you know about the community of tiny wildlife living hidden in the rocks and pebbles under the flowing water? Join us for a free, family-friendly science activity on the creek and meet this thriving community of mini critters!

We'll meet in the parking area for Encinoso and go over safety information and an introduction to macroinvertebrates before crossing the road and heading down to the creek for our activity. Once we are finished with our hands-on science lesson, we'll regroup at the parking area for a brief wrap-up discussion and some Oak Creek Watershed Council goodies!
**Please note: parking pass for Encinoso ($5 for the day) not included. All participants must sign a waiver upon arriving. All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
