Event description
What makes us, us? What or who has shaped us into the people we are today? Deep down, what do we truly care about? These questions come up often but get only a brief nod of acknowledgment from us, if at all.
As OD practitioners and change leaders in our organizations and communities of influence, we recognize how vital it is to have time to reflect deeply. We also appreciate how difficult this time is to come by. Through “OD & Me” you can engage with yourself and others on the questions that matter, without the familiar networking labels of titles, designations or roles: as individuals who care about who they are and what they do.
“OD & Me” is an experience designed to find ways to connect with and honour what makes us, us. It was one of the most loved and talked about sessions at IODA’s 2023 Conference, and we are delighted to share this experience with you.

Radhika Subramanian, Co-founder, Glow Worm Company
Radhika is an entrepreneur, OD consultant and a coactive coach, who loves consulting with multinational organizations in culture, conflict, learning design and workplace DEI. She is certified in a suite of psychometric tools including the MBTI, IDI and ICS. Prior to her journey as a co-founder, Radhika practiced OD in the investment banking and retail banking sectors. Radhika is passionate about identity, inclusive leadership and living one's dreams.
Soumya, Co-lead, Glow Worm Company
Soumya is an OD consultant and coactive coach, who enjoys consulting with multinational organizations in leadership development and teams. She is certified in a suite of tools including the MBTI, design thinking and behavioural event interviewing. Prior to her journey as an OD consultant, Soumya practiced OD in education, community work and large programs in the social impact sector. Soumya is passionate about female friendships, community development and quiet leadership.
