An Ode to Self is an afternoon of curated and conscious activities to allow you to drop back into your body.

Sometimes our bodies give us little nudges that self care is not a luxury but a necessity.

This retreat style event is designed to allow you to drop into those parts of yourself that may need a little love and attention.

We have consciously designed these activities to incorporate the beauty of balance, mindful breath work and mediation, a bathhouse soak session and finishing off with a body and soul nourishing 4 course plant based dinner banquet.

An Ode to Self is an invitation to come alone, with friends, family or partners. Its about you.

60 min Bathhouse Hydrotherapy Session - including hot and cold pools, steam room and sauna

45 min Breathwork and meditation

45 min Alchemy workshop. Create your own botanical perfume / room mist + glass of champagne or kombucha

5:30pm - 7pm 4 course Plant based dinner
