‘ODYSSEY OF BREATH’ with BioHeal is a 3 hour immersive workshop that focuses on recalibration of your body, mind & soul through the power of the breath and working with the intelligence of your nervous system.

During the 3 hour workshop you will get to experience a full conscious connected breathwork journey focusing on a more integrative & gentle breath technique, along with other practises, light nervous system education & deep connection with yourself and other likeminded individuals.

‘ODYSSEY OF BREATH’ is ran by Indi, an experienced breathwork facilitator of 6 years, nervous system practitioner, bodyworker and personal trainer. Indi is passionate about educating others about the intelligence of the body & it’s ability to heal, as-well as creating sacred spaces that combine science & spirituality, eastern & western teachings in a grounded way — so others have an opportunity for learning, healing, growth, recalibration & connection as a means to begin to restore vitality back into their bodies & lives.

What is a breathwork journey?

A breathwork journey is an active meditation technique that enables you to enter expanded states of consciousness by safely altering our physiology, brainwaves & nervous system. This expanded state of consciousness in a safe space can support you to connect deeper to yourself, your body & your truth, release stuck emotions, energy, stress, tension & nervous system patterns, facilitate realisation and perspective shifts, along with the potential to experience deep spiritual experiences & states (but not limited to). —Whatever you experience is exactly what you need at the time.

Breathwork can help to; reduce stress, tension & anxiety, gain clarity & direction, have perspective shifts, form a deeper connection to self, create inner transformation & healing, as-well as overall working towards nervous system regulation & self awareness.

•Pillow or bolster for under your knees when lying down (if needed)

Please Note that breathwork is not suitable for everyone: This experience includes deep breathwork, somatic release & connection practises with others, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Breathwork might not be suitable to those who;

• Are pregnant

•Under 18

•Currently experiencing significant psychological challenges (contact us to see if this is relevant for your unique situation).

•Have been recently hospitalised or are on heavy medication or have recently undergone surgery.

•Currently have any severe injuries like a broken bone, spinal injury or recent concussion etc.

•Have been recently hospitalised regarding mental health or currently on any heavy medication for mental health (including for bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, panic attacks, seizures or similar conditions).

•Have heart conditions, on heart medication or have a pacemaker or defibrillator.

•Have experienced severe past/childhood trauma (please contact us directly to discuss if this applies to you or to explore your options as another path might be more suitable for you initially).
