Meet Stephen Hanman

Stephen Hanman is an international speaker and award winning writer. Stephen was the founder of Benchmarking Success in the 90s-00s that set up and facilitated a range of Peer Groups driven by a world class supply chain model that included manufacturing and heavy industry supply and procurement. We developed a best in class benchmarking process and clients delivered on continuous improvement and transformation project objectives. They also used peer group members to benchmark and enable that improvement via process benchmarking. The topics benchmarked were many and varied; e.g. customer order fulfilment, materials requirements and planning, culture, safety and strategic planning.

Stephen provides an insightful, warm, humorous, engaging and pragmatic style to his presenting and keynotes.
