    About this Event

Being Seen, Heard & Valued can be the difference between a High and Low Performing Team.

Team dynamic has become more complex with more people opting for remote work and flexible working hours. All this means is that communication has become even more important to build trust and ultimately create relationships where people feel safe to share their ideas, learn from each other, contribute to goals and even report on their mistakes. This is called Psychological safety and without it, our relationships, resilience and results are compromised. The Let'sTALK Program in Workplaces focuses on building psychological safe environments for individuals and teams to engage, collaborate and perform at their optimum. This workshop is presented by Jetha Devapura, an MBA qualified Engineer and Lean Six Sigma trainer with 30 years of industry experience including three CEO roles in Business Optimisation, Disability and Mental Health.

    JETHA DEVAPURA

Jetha Devapura comes with an engineering and lean six Sigma background and has lived with a mental illness for over 25 years. He says that he is thankful and proud of his mental illness as it has broken as well as made him to be an advocate and a voice to break the stigma associated with mental illness. He believes that psychological safety is the emerging competitive advantage that all workplaces must embrace or lose their talent to those who do. He says relationships have never been more important in the workplace and promoting open conversations are foundational in building relationships and a thriving culture.
